Where do you ship to & how much does shipping cost?
We currently only ship to the USA, from the USA. As shipping lines around the world begin to reopen, so will our international shipping options.
All orders are shipped via FREE Express 2-5 Day Shipping.
All orders include our Tracked & Insured Shipping Guarantee at no additional cost to the customer.
What are your processing times?
** Please note that due to the global pandemic, it has been more difficult for shops like ours to ensure priority shipping to our customers. As a result, shipping time estimates may be slightly impacted. We will be first to reach out should any shipping complications arise during these unprecedented times, and appreciate your patience and understanding when these issues are out of our control.

Processing Times:
Orders take 1 - 3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
You have a grace period of 24 hours after placing your order to request a No-Questions-Asked refund. Simply send us an email at support@glowvilla.com and we will get you sorted!
We do not initiate new shipments on Saturday or Sunday - all processing for weekend orders resume the following Monday.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with your tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, contact our team and we will help you out. If you need more detailed information, please send us an email at support@glowvilla.com.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. We will notify you when this occurs and work with you to provide a solution.
