Returns & Refunds
We offer a full money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address label and either a replacement unit or a refund as preferred.
Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days from when an order arrives at your shipping address. You may request a refund within this window of time.
There is a Restocking Fee of $10 per item. We will send you a pre-paid return label to ship your items back to our warehouse via USPS Priority Mail, then after receiving your return shipment, we will refund your order minus the Restocking Fee*.
*We will waive this fee if the product and box are undamaged or unopened and you ship it back to us in this condition via your own shipping method (not using our pre-paid USPS return label). However, if the product box is torn or destroyed and cannot be reused, we will have to charge this fee.
You have a grace period of 24 hours after placing your order to request a No-Questions-Asked refund, and 100% of these refunds are granted. Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund your order immediately. If your order has already been processed, you must initiate the standard Returns process as outlined above.
You have two options when it comes to refunds:
Your refund will be processed back to your credit card.
We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.
